SUITE INFORMATION
Each room features fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, individually controlled air conditioning and heat, separate baths equipped with hair dryer and an array of bath amenities, color television with satellite service, private telephone lines, BBQ grills, and bottled quality water at every faucet! If any of these features differ, it is noted in the description below.
The resort offers a go-at-your-own pace tropical paradise that provides easy access to dining, shopping, nightlife and outdoor recreation in the Crescent Beach community on Siesta Key.  Captiva Beach Resort offers 20 rooms and guest suites with private baths, full equipped kitchens and living areas, all nestled in a tropical setting, just steps from one of the world’s top rated beaches – Crescent Beach on Siesta Key in Sarasota, Fla., known for its sugary white sand and aqua marine colored water.

All of our rooms are modern, extremely clean, non-smoking, no pets and have high speed internet access! We have been rated 100 out of 100 by Superior Small lodging for superb cleanliness and 99.7 for overall appearance in June 2004.
Check-in time is 2:30 pm and Check-out time if 9:30 am.
No pets please
For holiday rates & events, please call Captiva Beach Resort. Rates are based on occupancies of one or two persons except rooms marked with an (*) which can accommodate up to four persons. Extra persons are $8 per night. A month is based on 28 days occupancy. Rates do not include 11% Florida sales tax. Reservations with specific arrival and departure dates are recommended. A deposit of 25% ($100 minimum) must be made by a personal check or money order. Deposit refunds, less a $75 administration fee, are available only if written notice is received at least 60 days prior to reservation date. No refunds or credits made for late arrivals or early departures. Rates are subject to change without notice. All coupons or discounts must be mentioned when reservation are made. Weekly charges during Easter week will be subject to the February and March rates. For guests staying during the 4th of July holiday, there will be an additional charge of $75 per room.
